Market update as of 19 June 2024: Cape Coral shows 3148 active homes listed in the MLS, a total of 223 listing have gone pending in the last 30 days, while 541 listings were SOLD in the last 30 days! Although there is a larger than noraml volume of homes listed, but still plenty of movement.
Is it good time to list my house? If you're looking to sell in the summer then you'll need to be priced cometetively and have all your ducks in a row. Check out the sellers link in the page for more information. A great realtor also makes a huge difference... hint hint.
Is it a good time to buy a home or even an investment property? With intrest rates floating around 7.7% the market has shifted towards a buyers market, obviously complementing those in the market for a home. Florida is also just rolling out another $100 million in first time home buyer funds (expected July 1st). In my opinion a home purcheased now could be a savey move for someone looking to buy in a less competative market and refinance down the line.
